Mods please,
I am not trying to be alarmist but I must report that when I tried to view a picture in a thread, (bus dude's picture of Lothian olys awaiting export) previously uploaded to UpMyPhoto, I got the following warning from my internet security, I use McAfee and IE8 with windows XP.

67.201.36.16/index.html?rt=nr may cause a breach of browser security.
Why were you redirected to this page?

When we tested 67.201.36.16/index.html?rt=nr, it attempted to make unauthorized changes to our test computer by exploiting a browser security vulnerability. This is a serious security threat which could lead to an infection of your computer.

I know you are not responsible for the photo/image hosting sites but feel that "forumup" should be made aware of this issue.

This all on FWIW basis

I'm not saying there's nothing amiss, but I tried a random upload, and thre was no alarm from my firewall or AV.

Occidentally on another computer advice board I subscribe to McAfee was given thumbs down for too many false positives

This issue now appears to have been resolved.

Whether the sale of the site (as published by Honcodger in another thread) is instrumental in this I know not, but there are now no more of those rediculous adverts all the time and the photo window now opens promptly without security warnings.

Good - annoyingly it filled my laptop up with adware and spyware when I opened a picture from the forum the other day.

I didn't lose any sleep over it as all I had to do was run a scan, but nice to know it has been sorted.
